MysteryOS ("M.os", "the game") is developed by Clermont Digital. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy covers the MysteryOS game on desktop (Steam) and mobile (iPhone and Android), and the website at mysteryos.app.

The Game

Zero data leaves your device

MysteryOS does not collect, transmit, or store any data from your gameplay. There is no analytics, no telemetry, no cloud sync, and no account or login. Game state is stored locally and only locally.

What we do not collect

• No personal information (name, email, IP address)
• No gameplay telemetry or session reporting
• No account or login is required
• No third-party advertising or tracking SDKs
• No data is sold or shared with third parties

Platform-level data

Storefronts (Steam, the App Store, Google Play) collect their own install and crash data under their respective privacy policies. We do not receive personally identifiable information from those reports.

The Website

The website at mysteryos.app does not use analytics, cookies, or tracking scripts, and it does not load anything from third-party services.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect against abuse, under the Cloudflare privacy policy. We do not use that information to identify or profile visitors.

Children's Privacy

MysteryOS does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Your Rights

Under applicable privacy laws (including GDPR), you have the right to:
